How much will it cost to deliver my order?

Orders of $100 or more will be delivered within Australia FREE.

All orders less than $100 will be delivered at the flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping & $14.95 for express shipping.

International shipping will be delivered at the flat rate of $29.95 AUD

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes! We utilise industry-standard encryption to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. After processing an order, no credit card details are retained. At no time do we transmit insecure personal information over the internet. All transactions are encrypted and processed electronically and automatically via a secure server. We never see your credit card details as they are processed by an approved third-party provider. No data retained at all by Velvetine.

What will my credit card statement show?
Velvetine endeavors to be as discreet as possible in every factor of your ordering process, for this reason, we have advised our merchant to use the narration of 'VTINE', however, in some instances we have seen banks utilise our trading name of Sugar and Sas Pty Ltd. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

How will you deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered in plain and discreet packaging via Australia Post. There will be no mention of velvetine.com on the external packaging or the contents of the parcel.

What if I'm not home?
For Australian orders, if there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia Post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention the business in order to pick-up your package.

Is My Order Trackable?
All orders dispatched are trackable. Details of your tracking number will be sent to your email address at the time of dispatch. If you did not receive this email in your inbox check in your spam mail or please contact us and we will happily resend your details.

How Are my Products Packaged?
We endeavor to pack your orders with the utmost care so that the products are shipped safely. This is to ensure that they are not damaged during transit. Products are placed in parcels or boxed in discreet plain packaging.

Will you respect my privacy?
We've been in the adult retail and mail-order industry for many years so we know how important discretion is to our customers. Velvetine will respect your privacy.  
 
Are batteries included?
A lot of our products are rechargeable - check the product information page. Unfortunately, if the product requires batteries - batteries are not included for shipping reasons.
